Life brings us to thresholds. Some arise through loss, grief, illness, separation, retirement or other significant life changes. Others emerge through questions of meaning, purpose, identity, belonging or what comes next. These periods can be challenging and profoundly disorienting. The familiar may no longer fit, while the path ahead remains unclear. Sometimes the work is to stay with that uncertainty for a while: to understand what has changed, what is asking to be grieved or released and what may, in time, begin to emerge.

Whether you are navigating personal loss, exploring psychedelics and microdosing or seeking to understand the deeper patterns shaping your life, you do not need to walk alone.

When Endings Become Thresholds

In the natural world, endings are part of larger cycles. Leaves fall, seasons turn, forests burn and regenerate. Life continually transforms through cycles of loss, renewal and emergence.

Our lives, too, move through seasons: times of grief and heartbreak, periods of uncertainty and questioning, moments when something old no longer fits and something new has not yet fully arrived.

These thresholds can be entered in different ways — through grief and loss, psychedelics and microdosing, and approaches that help restore connection, meaning and flow. Each offers a different route into the work. All are invitations to engage more fully with life.

Imagine healing that restores connection, deepens relationships and renews our sense of what matters

I understand healing as a return to relationship — with ourselves, with one another, with the natural world and with what matters most. Whichever doorway you choose, my work is grounded in the same four principles.

Honouring the whole system

Looking beyond symptoms to the relationships, patterns and contexts that shape our lives.

Learning from nature

Drawing on the wisdom of living systems, natural cycles and the regenerative capacity of life.

Welcoming complexity

Making space for grief and joy, endings and beginnings, to coexist.

Integrating body, mind, heart and spirit

Allowing healing and transformation to be woven into everyday life.
