My professional journey has been shaped by my study of regenerative leadership and systemic constellations, while my lived experience of grief, loss and renewal has profoundly informed how I work. I bring these often-hidden dimensions of human experience into my work with individuals, teams and organisations, exploring how grief, love and regeneration can become powerful forces for change.
Whether I am guiding a team through organisational change or supporting an individual through deep grief, my work is grounded in an understanding that endings are part of life — and that within them can lie the possibility of renewal.
I also recognise the urgency of the times we are living through. The choices we make today shape not only our immediate world but the world inherited by generations to come. Through the perspective of Deep Time, I invite people to look beyond the present moment, to recognise our place within the long continuum of life and to consider what we are contributing to what comes next.
My work is informed by the idea of The Great Turning — the movement from an industrial growth society towards a life-sustaining and regenerative one. It asks us to consider how the choices we make can contribute to a legacy that respects the living world, nurtures communities and helps create the conditions in which life can continue to flourish.
